Lincstube is a personal channel operated by the parents of Lincoln Avery Frame. This page explains what we collect through this website and what we do with it.

Who this form is for

The contact form on this site is intended for parents and legal guardians who are at least 18 years old. We ask adults to submit it because it is a parent to parent introduction. We do not knowingly collect information directly from children under 13.

What we collect

Only what you type into the form: first name, last name, email address, phone number, state of residence, how our families met, any optional gaming handles you choose to include, and your message. We do not use advertising trackers or analytics cookies on this site.

How we use it

Submissions are emailed to Lincoln's parents at info@lincstube.com so they can reply and decide whether to set up a connection between the children. We do not sell, rent, or share this information with third parties, and we do not use it for marketing.

Third party services

The site is hosted on Netlify, and form submissions are processed by Netlify Forms. Video players are embedded from YouTube using the privacy enhanced domain, which limits what YouTube stores until you press play. Those companies have their own privacy policies.

Keeping it safe

Submissions are stored in the Netlify dashboard and in the email inbox at info@lincstube.com, both protected by passwords and two factor authentication. We delete submissions once they are no longer needed.

Your choices

You can ask us to correct or delete anything you submitted, or opt out of further contact, by emailing info@lincstube.com. If you agreed to text messages, reply STOP to any message to stop them.
